Our Process

When we start a new real estate project, we first sit down with all of the key partners, like the owner, architect, builder, and interior designer, to understand the most attractive features of the project. Once we have this information, we work with Canada's premier sales advisory group, TCSMS, to analyze proprietary, historical, and public data to provide input on competitive pricing, demographics, and cultural trends.

Using this information, our team comes up with a plan for the design of the inside and outside of the building. We believe that interior design is more than just furnishing a space; it's about creating a flow and feel that works for the target end user.

Next, we work on creating a unique and interesting branded story for the project that will make it stand out from others in the market. We do this by looking at things like the location, the building design, and the target audience.

Once we have the brand’s story, we make a guide that shows how the brand should be used, with things like the main message, the logo, and the colors. We use this guide to make sure all the materials we use for marketing, like videos, brochures, and websites, show the project in the best way possible.
